This policy explains how Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd(ABN 34 695 911 025), trading as CVelo (“we”, “us”, “our”), handles your personal information. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Your name and email address when you register, sign in, or contact us.
- Payment details, which are handled directly by our payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
- The content you give us to work on: your CV or resume text, the job descriptions and target companies you enter, and the interview answers you submit, including any voice recordings you make for coaching.
- Your activity in the product, such as your ATS scores, saved applications and interview practice history.
- Basic, aggregated analytics about how the site is used.
How we use it
We use your information to give you the service: to tailor and score your CV, generate company research, run your voice interview coaching, send you sign-in and service emails, process your payment, respond to your enquiries, and improve what we offer. We do not sell your personal information.
How AI is used
CVelo is an AI product. To produce your analysis, rewrites, company briefings and interview feedback, the content you submit (such as your CV, the job description, or your interview answer) is sent securely to the AI providers below to perform that task and return a result. We do not use your content to train our own models, and our AI providers do not train their models on data sent through their business APIs.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run CVelo. They process data only to provide their service to us:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Supabase (accounts and your saved data)
- Anthropic (AI analysis, CV rewriting, company research and interview feedback)
- Groq (transcription of the voice answers you record)
- Tavily (web search for company research, where used)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Google (Search Console and analytics, where used)
Storage and security
Your data is access-controlled and held with the providers above. We take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. If a data breach is likely to cause you serious harm, we will act in line with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.
Your rights
You can ask us to access or correct your personal information, or to delete your account and its data, at any time by emailing us. If you have a privacy concern, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
