These terms apply when you use the CVelo website and product, operated by Wild Hearts Publishing Pty Ltd (ABN 34 695 911 025), trading as CVelo. By using the site, creating an account, or subscribing, you accept these terms.
Your account and access
- A free account lets you use CVelo with monthly usage limits, so you can try it before paying.
- CVelo Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks unlimited CV analyses, company reports and interview sessions, plus the full CV rewrite and the other Pro features.
- Your account is for one person. Please do not share your sign-in details.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- CVelo Pro is billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown in Australian dollars.
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing, and your Pro access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If we change pricing, we will tell you before it applies to your next renewal.
Licence and acceptable use
- Your access is for your own personal job search. You may use the documents CVelo produces for you, such as your tailored CV and cover letter, for your own applications.
- Do not resell or redistribute the product, scrape the site, attempt to bypass access controls, or use CVelo or its outputs to build or train other systems.
- You are responsible for the content you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it.
About the AI outputs
CVelo uses AI to generate scores, suggestions, rewrites, company research and interview feedback. These are guidance and education, not professional, legal, career or recruitment advice. ATS scores are estimates, and AI output can contain errors, so you should review everything before you rely on it or send it to an employer. We cannot guarantee any specific result, such as an interview or a job offer.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes the consumer guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory. We may update these terms from time to time, and will post the current version here with its date.
